Rico Choo is our Fitness Manager overseeing Fitness Department, he is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic in his role. He is a certified personal trainer with over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry.

He has gained first hand experience on how health and fitness can have such a positive influence on one’s lifestyle and is a qualified Fitness and Group Fitness Trainer who is qualified to teach a wide variety of Training programs.

Rico has a passion with healthy lifestyle and making fitness fun and takes great pride in helping his clients to be fitter, healthier and happier in their everyday lives.

With years of experiences, Rico has maintained a very credible reputation for being competent and skilled at delivering promising results.
