With over 10 years’ experience , Mohd Zaidi aka Zack is an expert in weight loss, body sculpting and circuit training. The type of Fitness programming that Zack specializes in is a mix of Functional training disciplines, Cardiovascular, Flexibility, Core, Resistance & Suspension Training.
