Mei Sian Tan
Mei Sian Tan is the Executive Director of Elements Medical Fitness. She is also a Director of Corporate and Investments at Goldis Berhad, with a particular focus on healthcare.
She was previously an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, specialising in strategy consulting and analytics, having worked with major financial institutions in the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia.
She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO).

It is indeed exciting times here in Elements Medical Fitness, one of the few Medically Integrated Health & Fitness Centre in Malaysia. As a Doctor I truly believe that prevention is better than cure. As our population gets older, unfortunately we live with morbidity as the incidence of chronic disease is earlier. How many times have we heard those having stroke or heart attacks in their 30’s. Imagine having to live with these for the rest of your life!!! With the cost of medical treatment gets higher and higher, the future of medicine is in prevention, not cure.
Prevention starts, and ends, with you….your health is your wealth!!! It involves investment of your time and effort. Personally, I hold on to the principle that to be healthy you need to ‘balance’ these 5 pillars:

Dr. Shah is a Family Medicine Specialist with special interest in disease prevention and wellness. Medically trained for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the UK, he holds specialist qualification in Family
Medicine and a Diploma in Geriatric Medicine. However, his passion lies in chronic disease prevention and healthy lifestyle modification.
