Prenatal Conditioning

Is a program to prepare and educate pregnant woman to understand various physiological changes in each different trimester with resultant physical changes as well. Postnatal Rehabilitation

Buoyancy, hydrostatic pressure and resistance in the water will help to improve balancing, flexibility, muscular strength, pain reduction and decrease abnormal muscles tone.
